Take a Step Toward Better Health
Walk to improve your health. Just 30 minutes of walking a day can reduce your risk of heart disease, improve blood pressure and blood sugar, elevate mood, and reduce the risk of osteoporosis, cancer, and diabetes. Join cardiologists on a monthly walk to improve your health, learn about important health topics, and meet new friends interested in improving their health with you. You’ll get to spend time with physicians, get to know them, and ask medical questions in an informal, relaxed, and fun way!
Join us at 8:00 am each month – rain or shine. Lace up your sneakers, and walk at your own leisure!
It’s fun, it’s free and open to everyone rain or shine!

Walking the 2nd Saturday of every month.
Registration is 7:30-8am and walking begins at 8am.
May 2017 – October 2017: Outside at Troy Farmers Market. Meet near the Uncle Sam Statue and walk in River Front Park.
November 2017 – April 2018: Inside Robinson Hall at Sage College
