Exercise is simply one of the most important lifestyle chocies you can make.

It can add years to your life, not to mention it has a dramatic impact on the quality of life. Walking is easy to do, it has the lowest drop-out rate of any exercise, yet still offers huge benefits. And, it can be done almost anywhere!

Doctors are walking and talking for better health! The Stamford Walk with a Doc is a FREE program, open to the public. Physicians from the Stamford community lead bi-weekly walks in Stamford where they share health information and walk together with everyone. It is FREE and everyone is welcome!
