Take a Step Toward Better Health
Walk to improve your health. Just 30 minutes of walking a day can reduce your risk of heart disease, improve blood pressure and blood sugar, elevate mood, and reduce the risk of osteoporosis, cancer, and diabetes. Join cardiologists; Dr Rob Benton and Dr Scott Morris from Capital Cardiology Associates on a monthly walk to improve your health, learn about important health topics, and meet new friends interested in improving their health with you. You’ll get to spend time with physicians, get to know them, and ask medical questions in an informal, relaxed, and fun way!
Join us at 8:00 am each month – rain or shine. Come earlier to register. Lace up your sneakers, and walk at your own pace and at your own distance!

Registration is 7:30-8am and walking begins at 8am.
