As part of the Eaton Canyon Fire Remembrance Anniversary, we are hosting a Walk with a Doc – Remembrance Walk intended to support healing, reflection, and connection for community members affected by the fires.  Inspired by MLK Day Day of Service in supporting our residents’ mental wellness, we would be honored to invite you to join us in this effort to celebrate community. It takes all of us to build back, one step of a time.

Take a Step Toward Better Health at Walk with a Doc

WALK

Walking is one of the best things you can do for both your physical and mental health! At each event, you’ll have the opportunity to walk at a pace and distance that you’re comfortable with.

LEARN ABOUT HEALTH

Each event starts with a brief discussion on a health topic from a local physician, healthcare provider, or medical student. You’ll also have the opportunity to chat with the leader and ask questions during the walk.

MEET NEW PEOPLE

Research shows that socializing with others is extremely important for our health. Bring a friend or meet a new friend at the walks.
