These walks are open to all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds — whether you’re starting your wellness journey or simply looking for community and accountability.
Each walk includes time to safely move your body, practical health tips you can apply right away, and meaningful conversation with others who care about living well. My goal is to create a space where health feels approachable, encouraging, and sustainable — not overwhelming.

Walking is one of the best things you can do for both your physical and mental health! At each event, you’ll have the opportunity to walk at a pace and distance that you’re comfortable with.

LEARN ABOUT HEALTH
Each event starts with a brief discussion on a health topic from a local physician, healthcare provider, or medical student. You’ll also have the opportunity to chat with the leader and ask questions during the walk.
