Jonesboro, Georgia

Walk with a Doc is a complimentary community gathering where we move, learn, and connect. Each walk is guided by a local healthcare provider who shares practical, everyday health wisdom while we spend time outside as a community. All ages and abilities are welcome. Whether you come for the fresh air, the conversation, or to take a step toward your health goals, there’s space for you here.

We’d love to see you at the next walk.

Take a Step Toward Better Health at Walk with a Doc

WALK

Walking is one of the best things you can do for both your physical and mental health! At each event, you’ll have the opportunity to walk at a pace and distance that you’re comfortable with.

LEARN ABOUT HEALTH

Each event starts with a brief discussion on a health topic from a local physician, healthcare provider, or medical student. You’ll also have the opportunity to chat with the leader and ask questions during the walk.

MEET NEW PEOPLE

Research shows that socializing with others is extremely important for our health. Bring a friend or meet a new friend at the walks.
