Join us for Walk with a Doc — a free, welcoming community walking program for people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities.

Each walk is led by a local healthcare provider and offers a chance to move at your own pace, learn about helpful health topics, connect with neighbors, and enjoy time outdoors together.

Whether you walk fast, walk slowly, use a mobility aid, or simply want to come be part of a supportive community, you are welcome here. We hope to see you at our next walk!

Walking is one of the best things you can do for both your physical and mental health! At each event, you’ll have the opportunity to walk at a pace and distance that you’re comfortable with.

LEARN ABOUT HEALTH

Each event starts with a brief discussion on a health topic from a local physician, healthcare provider, or medical student. You’ll also have the opportunity to chat with the leader and ask questions during the walk.

MEET NEW PEOPLE

Research shows that socializing with others is extremely important for our health. Bring a friend or meet a new friend at the walks.

Join us for the kickoff of the Walk With a Doc Ponte Vedra/Nocatee chapter!

Our first walk will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2026, at 8:30 AM at Nocatee Community Park — Trail Timber.

Each walk begins with a brief, easy-to-understand health discussion led by a local healthcare professional, followed by a relaxed community walk.

Everyone is welcome. Walk fast, walk slowly, use a mobility aid, bring a friend, or simply come enjoy the fresh air and connection. There is no pressure and no required pace — just a supportive space to move, learn, and spend time together.

We will meet near the tennis courts adjacent to the parking area.

Come as you are, move at your own pace, and help us take the first step toward a healthier and more connected community!!
