This special Walk With a Doc session highlights the connection between health, nature, and Latino community leadership in conservation. We’ll begin with a brief health topic, warm‑up stretches, and then enjoy a relaxed, family‑friendly walk focused on movement, connection, and appreciation of our local outdoor spaces.
