Walk Details: Walking on the 1st Saturday of every month at 9:00 am

February 7th  Walk with a Doc is canceled due to slippery driving conditions this morning.

I will post an alternative date for our walk this month in the next few days.  Thank you so much for your understanding, flexibility, and continued enthusiasm for moving together and taking care of our health.
