Walk Details: Sat. May 23, 2026 – 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM

Location: Trailhead Cafe – Neighborhood / O’Hair Park Trail – 127 San Marin Dr, Novato, CA 94945 (Meet out front at one of the tables. Look for the blue “Walk with a Doc” sign.)

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to recognize the importance of caring for our emotional well-being and supporting one another.

You’re invited to join us for an upcoming walk where we’ll be walking, talking, and learning about the many benefits of walking for mental health.

Walking is one of the simplest and most effective ways to support well-being. Regular walking can help:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Improve mood and energy
  • Support better sleep
  • Increase focus and mental clarity
  • Create connection and community

This will be a great opportunity to move our bodies, enjoy fresh air, connect with others, and learn practical ways that walking can support mental wellness.
