Join us for a walk! Each event is led by a local healthcare provider and is open to people of all ages and abilities. The program allows participants to safely take a walk, learn about current health topics, and meet new people. We hope to see you at our next walk!

Take a Step Toward Better Health at Just Walk
WALK
Walking is one of the best things you can do for both your physical and mental health! At each event, you’ll have the opportunity to walk at a pace and distance that you’re comfortable with.
LEARN ABOUT HEALTH
Each event starts with a brief discussion on a health topic from a local healthcare provider. You’ll also have the opportunity to chat with the leader and ask questions during the walk.
MEET NEW PEOPLE
Research shows that socializing with others is extremely important for our health. Bring a friend or meet a new friend at the walks.

This session will focus on planning ahead and understanding the support available to you and your family. Amanda and Diane will guide a relaxed discussion on how Marie Curie services can help at different stages, what to expect, and how to access practical and emotional support locally.
We will also explore opportunities to get involved through volunteering, offering a chance to give back and support others within the community.
