Join us for Walk with a Doc – a free community walking program! Each event is led by a local healthcare provider and is open to people of all ages and abilities. The program allows participants to safely take a walk, learn about current health topics, and meet new people. We hope to see you at our next walk!

WALK
Walking is one of the best things you can do for both your physical and mental health! At each event, you’ll have the opportunity to walk at a pace and distance that you’re comfortable with.
LEARN ABOUT HEALTH
Each event starts with a brief discussion on a health topic from a local physician, healthcare provider, or medical student. You’ll also have the opportunity to chat with the leader and ask questions during the walk.
MEET NEW PEOPLE
Research shows that socializing with others is extremely important for our health. Bring a friend or meet a new friend at the walks.

Meet at the bench/sign by the trailhead.
“ODOT closed Lewis Center Road from State Route 3 to the west of the Park Entrance drive. Visitors are rerouted to South Old 3C HWY to access Char-Mar Ridge Park.”
From Hwy 3, visitors can use either Plumb Road or Big Walnut Road to get to S Old 3C Hwy and then to Lewis Center Road and the Park.
*If using Plumb, turn right onto S Old 3C and then right again on Lewis Center.
*If using Big Walnut Road, turn left onto S Old 3C and then left again on Lewis Center.
