Hi All! 

Welcome (almost) to my favorite time of year… beautiful Fall. When the sun is out, the leaves start turning, the night sky dimming and football is in the air. I’m excited to share this upcoming walk with you, as I’ll be talking about a topic that is near and dear to my heart – Yoga. We’ll meet at the trailhead just off the parking lot at Blackie’s Pasture. Our walk will go as has for many years now, we’ll walk, talk, learn, breathe and share our gratitude with each other. It is a beautiful morning and beginning to the weekend with a community of like minded hearts.
