Winter is here and the rain has come… with that I’m making the decision for us all to stay warm and dry. This doesn’t mean no walk, this means trying something new. Below you’ll see a link to Walk at Home. Before or after our zoom meeting, give it a try! Lyla and I will be doing a walk in our living room together. After, at 9:30 am I’ll pop on zoom for a little “walk chat”. We’ll talk about the benefits of walking, practice a short meditation and share a gratitude circle. I hope you can make it!
