Walk Details: 3rd Saturday of every month! Start time: June-August: 9 AM, September-May: 10 AM

Location: Brookside Gardens – 1800 Glenallan Ave, Wheaton, MD 20902 (Meet to the right of the Visitor’s Center at the trailhead if you are facing the Visitor’s Center)

*The Heart Smart Trail is a paved 1 mile loop- walkers of all ages and abilities are welcome. We do it at least once and often, some others with more time do another round or two! Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome. Unfortunately, only service dogs are allowed at Brookside Gardens.
