Take a STEP toward better health and join us for a walk! Each event starts with a brief discussion on a health topic from a healthcare provider. For the remainder of the hour, you’ll walk at your own pace and have the opportunity to ask questions and connect with others. The walks are FREE, open to everyone of all ages and abilities, and people with an eligible health plan can actually get paid for walking with us!
