Dear Walk with a Doc Team,
I’ve attended some of your events lately and had a jolly good time, so I’ve started doing a little more walking on my own lately.
As you may know, it’s a busy time of year for me and I’ve found that a regular walking routine has been a great way to reduce stress, improve productivity, increase creativity, and boost my energy levels.
I also noticed that my arthritis is better (which is helpful when building the toys) and my back pain has improved too (which makes carrying the sack a lot easier).
On top of all that, I tend to put on a few extra pounds during the holidays and I’ve heard that walking can help me lose weight. Now the kids at the mall can stop asking me to shake my belly like a bowl full of jelly!
Sometimes I even get Rudolph or Mrs. C to join me too. This whole walking thing really brings us a lot of cheer.
If you’d like to add one more thing to your list of 100 reasons to walk, you can add “Santa highly recommends it.”
Lastly, please tell Dr. Sabgir he can stop writing me letters… I’ll mark him down for legos, Honeycrisp apples, and avocados every year.
Yours Truly,
Santa Claus
