Good morning athletes,
Friday the 13th is so fun. I would not be surprised if it is the best one yet. Things are shaking out that way.
Magical things? They are happening all around us.
Why?
First, it’s Friday and it’s beautiful. Crisp, sunny, and beautiful. Saturday – all day to do whatever you want. Sunday – all day to do whatever you want. Then, the fun wind down into your holiday break. So very nice and smooth. You are playing with house money and you know it.
Second — experts have now cracked the code (hint: you are DEFINITELY on the right track) on what it takes to live longer and I’d say, more importantly, better. Does anyone have a treadmill desk or walking pad? You can so super slow and they are terrific for yes, not sitting, but they give you all-day energy and creativity. Feels like cheating, honestly. These walking pads last for years – it’s pennies a day for ALL that? Cheating. No one’s watching though, so just do it. I won’t tell and neither will Rachael or Bryan.
Third – dark chocolate is still amazing
Fourth – so is coffee
Fifth – it’s only early/mid-December – buckets of time to unearth your brilliant gift ideas for your loved ones. You are going to make them so happy.
Today is seriously going to be great. You toughed out this whole week and you made it! It’s here as in right now! Too simple. All we need to do is just ride this easy last wave up onto the sand, go get our huge, comfy beach towel, wrap up, and fall asleep under the sun.
Ahhh life. So good.
So very, very good.
Thank you for spending these moments with us. We’ll see you next week
