Good morning! I hope your day has started as great as mine has. Did you spend a couple moments in your Five Minute Journal? Jessica got these for our team over the holidays are we are still using them.
Is the Artist’s Way Morning Pages serving as your ‘spiritual windshield wiper’? Super way to clear out all the junk.
Walk with friends followed by coffee?
Frozen fruit smoothie?
Calm app?
Okay, I’ll stop, but it’s right here, right here in front of us. So easy to have a wonderful a.m.
We had such a heartwarming visit in Columbus from our beautiful Oahu leader, Dr. Theresa Wee. She’s been leading WWAD in Waipahu for several years now. We could spend days listening to our inspirational friend. She is determined to change the health of the Islands, and we know she can do it. Dr. Wee and Dr. Kadooka are worth the price of admission.
Did you see the premiere of the movie Eating You Alive last night? My wife and I did and I highly recommend it for those interested in improving their health. Our Denver Walk Leader, Dr. Andrew Freeman, is one of the featured cardiologists and he was great. When my patients ask, “What do you think I should eat?” I believe I will direct them here.
I’m all over the board this am, but it’s been a while. I missed you guys.
Finally, please check out how Dr. Wee surprised us after lunch. Her daughter, Malia Wee, is a dancer and choreographed this piece. I recommend going to full screen on YouTube to catch all the greatness of this.
