Good morning! 400 is great, but you know what’s better?
Love.
I love you guys.
We love you guys.
That’s not Sue Schwartz in the green shirt – that’s Dr. Gerald Harmon – Tidelands Health (SC).
He loves allllllllll those people he’s walking with.
He didn’t tell me that, but you can see it in his eyes.
He cares about the people he cares for and he wants them to be:
(1) Happy
(2) Healthy
It’s so easy.
You don’t have to love me back, but….could you do one thing for me?
Today.
Right now.
Just do it and then you can say, “David, I did it.”
Go for a 4 minute walk.
Please, grab your phone, and start walking in a direction with a clear path.
Speed? I could care less. Just do ‘your’ best.
When your phone hits 2 minutes, turn around.
Further?
Fine. I don’t care.
See?
Super doable.
And you know what?
This may sound crazy, but you think you actually feel better?
Yep. That’s real.
Maybe 5 minutes tomorrow?
Who’s in charge?
Not your doctor.
You’re in charge.
How do I know?
Because you just did it – in 4 minutes.
Within just a few weeks you’ll have achieved this and you will be so happy…
You cannot even imagine how happy.
Today’s medical thought: Next time you see your doctor ask her if you should be taking an aspirin, and if so, how much?
There’s some new data in town.
Lot of different options here.
Welcome to the Family
Clinica Alive in São Paulo, Brazil (Sley Tanigawa Guimarães)
Dr. Asha Subramanian and Dr. Aruna Nathan in Wheaton, MD
Fairview Sports and Orthopedic Care in Burnsville, MN (Dr. Siatta Dunbar and Heidi Richards)
Hamilton Burlington Trails Council in Hamilton/Burlington, ON, Canada (Wayne Terryberry and Taylor Wilkins)
Roberts Health in Dallas, TX supported by the Texas Medical Association (Dr. Tami Roberts)
Stonecreek Family Physicians in Manhattan, KS (Dr. Danelle Perry)
Wyoming Cancer Resource Services in Rock Springs, WY (Kelly Sugihara and Dr. Symington)
