Good morning! We’re coming at you from a couple different angles today. Thank you for tuning in.
Science – Lots of great articles supporting our passion in the last couple weeks. Thank you to Steve and Gina for sending this one.
Thank you everyone else for sending this one.

Being sedentary is worse for you than smoking, diabetes, or having heart disease (coronary artery disease).
You know these coronaries.
My take is that if you want to live a healthy LONG life, you will want to walk, roll, bike, swim, or something that gets loosens you up and keeps the machine in working order ;). Ahhhh, and it is so easy and feels so good!
Arts – the documentary Free Solo is a gift to all of us.
Holy cow – have you seen this?!
Rotten Tomatoes is giving it 99%, I have no idea why it’s not 100%.
The filmmaking is super solid (National Geographic) but that’s not the story.
The story is Alex Honnold.
I imagine some of you are not yet aware of Alex; this may be even more of a treat for you.
The movie is 100 minutes long and it will make you shake your head and feel good. So good.
Alex is someone that can reframe your mindset into believing, if he can do that(?!),you can accomplish your any seemingly insurmountable challenges.
Thank you, Alex (and Nat Geo) for surviving El Capitan and leaving us with this incredible film and reasserting that nothing in our lives is impossible.
Politics – I need to ask a favor.
It’s time to vote.
37 states and DC allow early voting.
I voted Tuesday and it was incredible.
Voting was incredible??
Yes.
There were a TON of fellow voters at the Board of Elections.
Many of them were smiling, focused, and empowered.
I’m telling you, it’s a party.
Please go today, tmo, or Monday.
If early turnouts are a sign of 2018 national interest, Tuesday looks to be insane.
You could spend that time soaking in nature on the trail.
Finally, Rachael or Bryan do you mind turning the lights down for a second?

You are literally packing our days with your passion, your excitement, your success stories and your dreams.
To be on the receiving end of that is the best thing in the world.
I get mountains of feedback on how positive/great/superhelpful Rachael and Bryan are.
Thank you for that.
I must say their passion for our movement is 100% genuine, it is 100% sincere, and their positive energy is the steam engine driving this train.
We are all loving every minute of it.
So, thank you for being so terribly important to us and so critically important to your community.
