Good morning!First, to our family of Walk Chapters in Texas, and other states, we are thinking about you. We are wishing you warmth and safety. Many of you are currently in the Grand Canyon? We’ve seen so many on the trail – I’m grateful for that. Most of you appear driven beyond all get out. You need no extra motivation.Personally, there are days where I need a little extra push. For those like me, Walk with a Doc over the years has created, updated, and hyperlinked a list of 100 Reasons to Walk. Since its creation, we’ve had dozens of contributors to this list and it is looking good. It’s officially updated for 2021 and ready for you. Please let us know what we missed.See you in the Canyon -ds
