Join us on Giving Tuesday

In September, for the first time in 50 years, the White House held a conference on hunger, nutrition, and health. We, at Walk with a Doc, were honored with an invitation to attend the conference.

The White House has set a bold goal: to end hunger in America and increase healthy eating and physical activity by 2030 so fewer Americans experience diet-related diseases.

Food insecurity and diet-related diseases impact millions of Americans every day. The leading causes of death and disability in the United States are preventable. These preventative measures are why we started Walk with a Doc in 2005.

WE can reduce the incidence of disease.

We know that we can deliver something different than our national healthcare model. We do not need to wait for the advanced stages of diseases before systemic intervention.

For 17 years, we have walked in parks and neighborhoods around the world with our communities. Walk with a Doc is where anyone can take their first steps toward longevity and a healthier future. This is our commitment to creating safe spaces for movement and a healthier tomorrow.

When you donate $0.50 a day, $180 a year — you invest in a healthier tomorrow for your family, neighbors, and community. Your investment calls for easier access to medical expertise and community care. Each dollar fosters the growth of healthier communities.

Will you walk beside us to improve the health of your community?

To health and flourishing,

David
