Good morning! Here we go.
- A friend posed this fantastic trivia question to us on a bike ride a few weeks ago, and we were so captivated that we forgot about the hill we were on. Five institutions of higher education have graduated a U.S. President and a Super Bowl-winning QB. How many can you name? For those who don’t want to peek, we will post the answer in the next newsletter. FWIW, none of us got all 5 even working together, but it is doable!
- This Wednesday evening, we had a fascinating WWAD Zoom Call with 84 WWAD leaders registering. Dr. Marie Kanagie-McAleese as our ‘keynote’, presenting the ins and outs of what she and her participants love about her WWAD chapter in northeastern Maryland. Many chimed in on what they are passionate about with their group. The next call will be in 3 months if you’re interested. We’ll let you know.
- Our family has been enjoying this list of the 100 Best Movies of the 21st Century. Today, the NYT releases the top 20! If you are not a subscriber, no worries, you can create a free account (they’re not a partner, just love the discussions surrounding this list, so wanted to share).
- Thanks to the talented Short Coat team and author, Jules Hotz, our stellar board member, for introducing us. Our episode became available yesterday. The University of Iowa (not one of the institutions (see #1) med students were extremely entertaining. I don’t want to give away too much, but one thing we briefly talked about was how WWAD is free to launch for any medical school that wants to do it (wink, wink).
There’s nothing like good people, is there?
It’s FRIDAY!!!
Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish.

(‘Harry, he keeps doing these 4 quick things. I bet someone told him these newsletters were too long, and I’m glad they did! Some weeks I’d start reading on a Friday morning, look up, and all of a sudden I was late for church!’)
Stay Hungry. Stay Foolish.
